1.Plate ice is a kind of irregular sheet ice with about 40×40mm~80×80mm in size, and 10 mm~15mm in thickness. The thickness can be adjusted according to ice-making time with the maximum gauge being 25mm. Plate ice is a kind of thick and transparent ice which has good air permeability and a long shelf life.

The new-type ice making machine made via unique ice making technology and special ice dropping has solved the limitation of traditional ice making machine by frozen drum, and reaches the international leading level.

We have suceeded in producing ice maker which could generate ice thickness of only 2mm; for the new-type ice making machine, you can adjust the thickness of ice from 2mm to 30mm according to your needs.

HYF series ice plate machine only has 60KWH power consumption per ton, while another type ice plate machine in the current market which makes ice by mechanical ice dropping needs 110KWH power consumption per ton. The energy-saving rate can reach more than 30% and own great economic value.

The evaporator of ice plate machine is for falling film plate; its material is stainless steel, stable chemical properties, and reasonable evaporator structure.
