Containerized ice block machine is an integrity machine that fit for the mobile ice demand market, vehicle installed, shipping installed. It is very easy for transportation and installation, if you don't have suitable place to put the machine, then we recommend you to make containerized one, because you don't need to re-build a factory again. Containerized ice block machine matched with the crane, ice pouring shelf for ice fetching, and the multi-tube water filling box for filling water automatically so that the whole operation is more convenient and reduce the manpower for the machine. Through the specialized processing for the container, the container has good anti-corrosion effect and anti-slide performance. And making a deleting sounds and sound-proof design for the refrigeration unit, it further improves the container’s working environment.

The container used for containerized ice block machine is international standard container, 20 feet container and 40HQ container. In a 20 feet container, the maximum daily capacity is 5 tons and the maximum height of block ice is 700mm. In a 40HQ container, the maximum daily capacity is 10 tons and the maximum height of block ice is 900mm.

With regards to block ice weight, we can design 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg, 25kg, 50kg/piece, or customized.

In addition, automatic ice block making machine also can be containerized as follows:

1) The smallest capacity containerized we make ice 6ton/day which in a 20' container.

2) The biggest capacity containerized we make is 18ton/day which in a 40' container.
